All ShivAI products are offered through a 30-Day Paid Pilot. The pilot fee is a flat ₹5,900 (incl. 18% GST) and includes full software installation by our team, two hours of personalised training, 30 days of unrestricted software use, and direct support from your assigned Subject Matter Expert. The pilot fee is a separate onboarding charge and is non-refundable, as it covers our team's time and the value delivered during the pilot.
If you subscribe to a monthly plan within 30 days of starting your pilot, your first month is free. Annual plans already include 2 months free. If you decide not to continue, no further charge is raised.
Cancel anytime by emailing contact@shivaiscsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Extra users on a ShivAI Suite subscription end with it.
Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused value of your current plan (amount paid × unused days ÷ days in the billing period) is converted into free days on the new plan, so the first charge on the new plan is deferred by that many days. You never pay twice for the same period, and no refund is issued for the old plan.
Example: a Basic annual plan (₹47,200) upgraded to Business annual (₹94,400) after 4 months has 8 unused months worth ₹31,467. That covers about 122 days of Business, so the first Business charge falls about 122 days after the upgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is given for the remaining days of the higher plan.
ShivAI Suite: change modules, tiers and users yourself in the Customer Portal (Subscriptions → Change modules, Add users). The licence key stays the same, and the app picks up the change at its next licence check (Licence → Check now). Other products: email contact@shivaiscsolutions.com; you receive a new licence key to enter on the Licence page of the application. Either way your data stays in place and no additional PC activation is used.
Monthly plans: Refund requests within 7 days of any charge. Your first month is free where the pilot credit applies, so no charge arises in that period.
Annual plans: Refund requests within 30 days of the annual charge. The months already used are charged at the monthly rate, and the balance is refunded.
