All ShivAI products are offered through a 30-day Paid Pilot. The pilot fee is a flat ₹4,999 (plus GST) and includes full software installation by our team, two hours of personalised training, 30 days of unrestricted software use, and direct support from your assigned Subject Matter Expert. The pilot fee is non-refundable, as it covers our team's time and the value delivered during the pilot.
If you choose to subscribe within 30 days of starting your pilot, we apply a ₹2,500 credit toward your first month's subscription invoice. If you decide not to continue, no further charge is raised.
Cancel anytime by emailing contact@shivaiscsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans: Refund requests within 7 days of billing date.
Annual plans: Refund requests within 30 days. Pro-rata refund for unused months, adjusted at monthly rate.
Email contact@shivaiscsolutions.com with your registered email, product name, and reason. Processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
