Once we're a fit, you pay a one-time pilot fee of ₹4,999 and we begin: full installation by our team, 2 hours of personalised training, and 30 days of unrestricted software use with your data. You also get direct access to your assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any questions. At the end of 30 days, if you choose to subscribe, ₹2,500 of the pilot fee credits toward your first month's bill. If you decide not to continue, no further charge — the pilot fee is non-refundable.
No. ShivAI works alongside Tally. You import from Tally and export back to Tally XML. Your accounting workflow stays exactly the same.

Either way, your data is yours and remains accessible.
