ShivAI builds supply chain software for Indian manufacturers and distributors: ShivAI Suite (Manufacturing Planner, Distributor Inventory Planner and Finance Planner) and the Job Shop Scheduler. It runs on your own PC, alongside the accounting software you already use.

Sign up through our contact form. We send you the relevant brochure, then schedule a call to understand your needs. Once we're a fit, you pay a one-time pilot fee of ₹5,900 (incl. GST) and we begin: full installation by our team, 2 hours of personalised training, and 30 days of unrestricted software use with your data. You also get direct access to your assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any questions. The pilot fee is a separate onboarding charge and is non-refundable. Subscribe to a monthly plan within 30 days of your pilot and your first month is free; annual plans already include 2 months free. If you decide not to continue, there is no further charge.

No. ShivAI works alongside Tally. The planners read from Tally through Tally's own interface, with nothing installed in Tally, and never write to it. Your accounting workflow stays exactly the same; what the software works out comes to you on screen and as Excel files.

Your business data stays on your PC in a local database. ShivAI desktop apps never send your items, plans, books or reports to any server or cloud. The only information exchanged with ShivAI is for licensing: when you activate, and when the licence renews, the app sends your licence key, a Machine ID for the PC, the PC's name and the app version.

Manufacturing Planner, Distributor Inventory Planner and Finance Planner in one application. Your subscription decides which modules it runs and the tier of each. Modules in the same Suite share one load from Tally or a database and hand each other their plans: the plant's planned purchases and the depots' orders reach Finance's 13-week cash forecast, and the depots' transfers become the plant's demand. No module changes another's data.

Single Location covers one plant (Manufacturing) or one depot (Distribution); Single Company covers one company (Finance). Multi-Location and Multi-Company cover any number, with transfers between depots and a group view across companies. In a Suite, each module is Single or Multi on its own.

Yes. Add or change modules and tiers in the Customer Portal (Subscriptions → Change modules). The licence key stays the same, and the app picks up the change at its next licence check (Licence → Check now), with no reinstall; your data stays in place. A bundle with Finance costs 20% less than its modules bought apart; Manufacturing + Distribution without Finance costs the sum of the two.

A ShivAI Suite subscription includes 3 users. Each user installs the Suite on their own PC and activates it with the subscription's licence key; each activated PC is one user. Add users in the Customer Portal at ₹590 a month each (incl. GST). On each PC the Admin decides which modules each login may open. Each PC loads its own data from your Tally or database, and results are shared as Excel files. A Job Shop Scheduler subscription can be activated on up to 2 PCs.

Manufacturing and Distribution use the same forecasting engine. For each item, the candidate methods suited to its kind of demand — moving averages, exponential smoothing, Holt-Winters and seasonal methods; Croston, SBA and TSB for items that sell in some weeks only; random forest, XGBoost and LightGBM once there is a year of history — each forecast the item's last 13 weeks from only the weeks before. The one with the lowest error is used, and the screen shows why. Festival weeks are measured from your own history. Job Shop Scheduler compares 8 classic and 8 AI scheduling methods on every run.

UPI (including Autopay), credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Monthly and annual billing. Annual plans include 2 months free. All prices are in INR and include 18% GST.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: the unused value of your current plan is converted into free days on the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. For ShivAI Suite, change modules, tiers and users yourself in the Customer Portal; for other products, email us. Your data stays on your PC. The app becomes read-only: you can view and export all your reports and existing plans, but cannot run new planning until you subscribe. Subscribe to a monthly plan within 30 days of starting your pilot and your first month is free; annual plans already include 2 months free.

If a renewal payment fails, the app keeps working for 7 days past the paid period while the payment is retried. When that time runs out, or a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its period, the app becomes read-only: everything stays available to view and export, and your data stays on your PC.

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). 8 GB RAM recommended. About 2 GB of free disk space. Internet is needed once, to activate; after that the app works offline and renews its licence whenever the PC is online.

Download the installer from the Customer Portal (Subscriptions → Downloads); one installer serves every ShivAI Suite combination, and it installs for your Windows user without administrator rights. Enter the licence key shown in the Customer Portal and in your invoice email; the PC needs internet only for that step. Reinstalling on the same PC does not use another user.

In the Customer Portal (Subscriptions → Licence key → “PC without internet? Get a licence file”), enter the Machine ID shown by the app and download a licence file, then load it into the app from a USB drive. The same page gives a renewal file each month.

Deactivate the old PC in the Customer Portal (Subscriptions → PCs) to free its place, then install on the new PC and enter your licence key. Your data can be copied across; the user manual explains how.

Only on your PC, and only when you allow it. A ShivAI support session needs a code issued for your PC's Machine ID, valid for at most 8 hours, and every session is recorded in a log on your PC.
