Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using any ShivAI software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Licence

ShivAI grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for the subscription period, on the number of PCs (users) your subscription covers. Each activated PC is one user. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Every new customer begins with a 30-Day Paid Pilot (₹5,900 incl. GST, non-refundable) that includes installation, training, and full software use. The pilot fee is a separate onboarding charge.
• Subscribe to a monthly plan within 30 days of starting your pilot and your first month is free
• After pilot conversion, billing continues at the selected plan rate via Razorpay
• Annual plans include 2 months free (annual price = 10x the monthly price)
• A ShivAI Suite subscription includes 3 users; each extra user is billed at ₹590 a month (incl. GST)
• All prices are in INR and include 18% GST

4. Your Data

Your business data is stored locally on your PC. Where the Software connects to your accounting software or databases, it only reads from them and never writes to them. ShivAI does not have access to your data. You are responsible for backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." ShivAI's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Termination

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After that the Software becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything. Your local data remains on your PC.

7. Governing Law

Laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
